For women of color, these challenges are even more pronounced, creating additional hurdles to career advancement and leadership roles.

This program is for women who have 5 years (minimum) of professional work experience. Ideally women currently lead a team or aspire to lead a team. Join us to grow your confidence, break through barriers, and develop your personal leadership portfolio.
